How GearLend works

Four steps, either side of the lens

Every booking is ID-verified, paid through Stripe and backed by a rental agreement.

Get the kit you need for the shoot, without buying it.

  1. Step 1

    Find the right kit

    Search by category, location and dates. Every listing shows a daily rate and real availability.

  2. Step 2

    Request your dates

    Send a booking request and pay through Stripe. Your card is only charged once the owner accepts.

  3. Step 3

    Collect and shoot

    Meet the owner, check the gear over together, and get to work. Both sides hold the same agreement.

  4. Step 4

    Return and review

    Hand the gear back as you found it, your deposit is released, and you each leave a review.
